These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to raise any dispute directly with ph387 through the complaint process described in Section 14. ph387 commits to responding to formal complaints within 10 business days of receipt and to making reasonable good-faith efforts to resolve disputes amicably.
